LOEM is a micro-health insurance platform designed for Nigeria’s informal sector artisans, traders, drivers, and more. It offers affordable daily premium plans starting from ₦100. Users can pay through local POS agents or staff, gaining access to quality healthcare without upfront bulk payments.

Millions of Nigerians working in the informal sector traders, artisans, drivers lack access to affordable healthcare. Traditional HMOs require upfront lump sum payments, long application forms, and bank access, excluding a huge portion of the population.
The challenge:
Design a health management platform that enables daily micropayments through agents (POS or staff), giving informal workers access to healthcare without disrupting their daily cash flow or routines.

Mobile platform for agents and staff to onboard users and collect premiums
Admin dashboard to monitor users, staff, agents, remittances, and system control
